The professional precision investments casters at R2 Quality Castings utilize the best quality equipment and pouring practices in our casting procedures. Decades of combined experience coupled with stringent safety practices and an uncompromising attention to detail ensure every product we pour is of the utmost quality. All of our cast products are treated with a liquid argon blanket to protect the components from the damaging effects of oxygen and hydrogen.
R2 Quality Castings has also recently expanded our capital equipment with a new 500lb capacity Mark 8 steel frame melting furnace and a Pacific Kiln investment cast shell burnout furnace. These two new additions will expand our production capabilities and enable our lost wax casting professionals to produce more components at a faster rate while ensuring we maintain an environmentally friendly stance.
